Useful information about returns


Just a heads up, you've got a whole 30 days to request a return after receiving your item. So if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, no worries! You've got plenty of time to reach out and get the ball rolling on that return process. We want to make sure you're happy with your order, so don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything we can do for you.


To be eligible for a return, the item should be in the same condition as when you received it - that means it should be unused. It's also important to make sure that the item is still in its original packaging.


In addition to the condition of the item, you'll need to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy. This helps the store verify that you did indeed purchase the item from them.


Send us an email at cancellations@neat-stack.co.za and include your order details, reason for the return, and any other relevant information. Our dedicated team will get back to you promptly with instructions on how to proceed.


Once your return is accepted, we'll provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. This way, we can ensure that it reaches the right destination and gets processed as quickly as possible.


Remember, it's important to follow the proper return procedure. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
